Apples do go bad in a hot car or moldy backpack. Dogs and puppies, too. On the other hand, PCs are just machines--little replaceable androids that have no feelings at all, don't care about you and pretty much are already dead. So, you don't get attached at all. This is the secret of Microsoft... Now you know. There is a price to pay for Apple stuff--affection and a sense of loss when you nearly kill it. Hey, your choice, buddy. I say, it's better to have never loved a computer than to suffer its loss...I'm sure that's a country song somehow...but I lack the twang. Hope your little guy makes it back in perfect health--whatever you do, don't just unplug it, don't call the code, don't give up. Believe. Also, don't mention the Saints season in its hearing. It can't handle that right now. It needs all its strength for the challenges it faces right now to live and to forgive you. :) Poor little guy. Apples do go bad in a hot car or moldy backpack.
